Stir all ingredients together in a sealable container. Cover securely with a lid and set in refrigerator overnight to soak. The next day, open and enjoy!

Note, we have used almond-coconut milk when plain unsweetened almond milk wasn't sourceable. Just as good!

This recipe has been modified from its original. When using oat milk instead of an equal amount of almond milk, it will not gel as tightly but will be super delicious. And also more sweet, which is why we've reduced the tree juice. If using almond milk, use 3 tbsp maple syrup.
